“Fight for your dreams.”

What is your personal career path?

My journey as a dental technician began quite by accident. I originally planned to study marine biology, but a good friend of mine introduced me to dental prosthetics. Out of curiosity, I attended a few lectures for aspiring dental technicians – and I was immediately captivated. The spark truly ignited in my first year, when I first encountered dental ceramics – especially those by Creation Willi Geller. Our instructor presented us with different ceramic materials and an article on feldspathic veneers placed on platinum foil. In that moment I knew: I wanted to master ceramic artistry – inspired by nature and the human smile, with the goal of helping people through my work.

After graduating, I gained hands‑on experience at the lab of Domingos America. Later I took on leadership of a mid‑sized clinic laboratory, where I not only managed a team but also worked closely with clinicians. Through direct interaction with patients I developed a deeper understanding of their needs and emotions. A brief stay with Master Dental Technician August Bruguera in Barcelona finally opened my eyes: a laboratory is much more than just a place of technical craftsmanship.

Two weeks before the COVID‑19 outbreak, I co‑founded Clarity Lab. Despite being forced to close immediately, we restarted as soon as possible and haven’t stopped growing since. I have poured all my experience into this lab. During this time I had the honor of meeting Willi Geller in person – a privilege. It confirmed to me that I was on the right path – driven by passion, dedication, and the pursuit of authenticity.

Never forget where you come from – and never give up on your greatest dreams. If you fail, fail so boldly that your failure surpasses the average success. That’s my way.

How did you become the person you are today?

Two things have shaped me the most: my roots in a humble working-class family and my many years of martial arts training. The principles of Bushido have become second nature to me – they still guide me today, giving me clarity, direction, and a strong sense of purpose in how I approach life. They help me make decisions with integrity and give my very best – as a human being, a son, a friend, a husband, and above all, as a father.

What inspires and motivates you?

My greatest motivation is to improve people’s lives – to restore their sparkle and self-confidence through a new smile. That means a lot to me. I find inspiration in several dental technicians whom I deeply admire, both professionally and personally. But it is the life and legacy of Willi Geller that pushes me every day to go beyond my limits. With him as my professional role model – and my parents as personal role models and lifelong companions on my journey – I strive to become a little better every single day. Even if just by one percent.

What are you especially proud of?

I’m very proud of my company and the team I work with. Being both a dental technician and an entrepreneur is not easy. It can be challenging – and sometimes even painful – to find the right people to work with. But I’ve been fortunate. Today, I lead a solid company with a strong identity and a clear purpose. And I get to work alongside amazing individuals whom I’m proud to also call my friends.

What is your personal path to success?

My personal path to success is built on consistency and hard work. It’s about believing that we can improve a little every single day – and staying open to different perspectives and new insights. Because learning never ends.

How do you define or interpret success?

For me, success means having the freedom to do what I love every day. Being able to use my skills and passion in a meaningful way is a privilege. Success, to me, is putting your dreams first – not the money.

What are your professional goals?

I want to leave a mark – both as a lab owner and as an individual dental technician. I want to show that a well-organized lab can create a healthy environment where people can grow both professionally and personally. At the same time, I want to inspire others through my work – and prove that your background doesn’t define you. What truly matters are vision and passion. Everyone has the potential to become the best version of themselves.

What advice would you give to young talents just starting out?

Don’t let anyone tell you your idea or your goal won’t work. Remember: opinions are just opinions. Walk your path – and try.

What role do Creation products play in your daily work?

Creation products are the basis of my daily work. In my lab, I work exclusively with ceramics by Creation Willi Geller. I especially enjoy using the new Magic Colour Kit.

What is your favorite product in the Creation range – and why?

I may be biased, but I simply love the ceramics. To me, they look the most natural – and I can use them with almost any ceramic system.

Is there a particular case that challenged you the most?

Yes, my first case of feldspathic veneers was particularly demanding. There was a lot of pressure, but I had to deliver the result without compromise.

Is there anything else you would like to share with us?

I love sports, animals, and reading. For the past few years, I’ve made time for surfing and continued to deepen my practice in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. I don’t believe in striving for balance. It’s an often glorified concept – but if you truly want to live your vision, you must be willing to shift your priorities. Don’t hesitate to fight for your dreams.
